Coombe Farm Bed and BreakfastCoombe Farm Bed and Breakfast

Bed & Breakfast is only available from Easter to the end of October - View bed and breakfast tariff »

Lying at the top of a beautiful estuary, Kingsbridge is a small town in the centre of the South Hams, with an attractive main street (excellent shops and good pubs) and waterfront with sailing and motor boats, leading down to the sea at Salcombe. There is a tremendous variety of beautiful places and things to see and do within 5 or 6 miles. Nearby are the historic ports of Plymouth and Dartmouth, and the rugged beauty of Dartmoor. Kingsbridge is an ideal centre to plan a holiday from!

Coombe Farm, only a mile from Kingsbridge's centre and waterfront, is situated in a quiet and secluded valley. The 16th Century Manor House offers accommodation on a Bed and Breakfast basis. It consists of two spacious and elegant double or twinned rooms, both en-suite with TV and hot drink facilities. Beni, an artist herself, has decorated the rooms with her own paintings as well as some from local artists.

"Here for the 3rd time and we will keep coming back. Excellent always!" - Hazel, Berks.

The Hen House at Coombe Farm

For a relaxing break book yourself in for a massage

Traditional farmhouse breakfasts are cooked on an Aga, using local produce, but if you would like something else we are happy to accommodate other requirements.

In the grounds lie three lovely coarse fishing lakes, where guests have the opportunity to walk or fish. The fishery is well stocked with Carp, Bream, Tench and Roach.

Children over 12 years are preferred, whilst guests are asked not to smoke or bring pets into the farmhouse. Guests have their own parking spaces. Please note, indoor swimming pool and games room only available for self-catering accommodation.

If you are staying at Coombe Farm, we recommend booking appointments for the Hen House, Fitness, Health and Beauty Centre well in advance to your arrival to avoid any disappointment.
